The 2024 IFSC Climbing World Cup will take place from April 8 to 10 at the Yangshan Climbing Center in Keqiao, Shaoxing, east China's Zhejiang Province.
The event has attracted 136 rock climbing athletes from 33 countries and regions.
Notable participants include Slovenia's Janja Garnbret, the Tokyo Olympics women's all-round champion, and Aruto Anraku of Japan, the men's combined champion at the Hangzhou Asian Games.
Host nation China will be represented by 13 athletes, including Zhang Yueting, who has already secured a spot at the Paris Olympics, Luo Zilu, who is actively vying for Olympic qualification, and Chen Xuanzhen, who was crowned in the women's Bouldering and Lead categories at the 2023 Asian Youth Climbing Championships.
